Sure House Coffee Roasting Co. is a locally owned business owned by Eric and Liz and we have been a part of Wayne County for nearly 20 years. We have a deep passion for buying locally produced products and take pride in being able to help produce a local product with Fairtrade and organic origins. Plain and simple – coffee is our passion. And together, with our amazing team, we work hard to bring the best coffee to Wayne County and beyond. Locally roasted, globally responsibly, and absolutely grateful for the opportunity to be doing what we do everyday.
If you've been to either shop, this a guy you recognize. Sam joined the Sure House team in the Spring of 2018 and has been a vital part of the shops ever since. He helps lead and manage both shops and has a particular knack for creativity when it comes to baking and creating drinks. Love the ginger snap cookie? Stuffing Cretzel? We (Eric and Liz) started roasting coffee way back in 2011 with a dream to share and a craving for a good cup of coffee. We took a leap and opened the Sure House Coffee Roasting Co. storefront in Wooster in 2016. From the start we decided a few things. We were only going to buy single origin beans from a variety of regions around the world. We wanted those beans to be Fairtrade and organic to make sure we were doing our best to be good stewards and good neighbors. Each of our featured coffees has an individual story and background – whether it’s grown in a biosphere reserve, through a cooperative, or a women producer farm. Every coffee is Fairtrade and organic. It's our goal to produce a superior coffee product while helping other small business owners from all over the globe. Coffee with a conscience – it's more than just our tag line.
